About the Role
As the Sr Director, ExploR&D Clinical Operations West Coast, you will be responsible for developing optimized clinical strategies, conducting feasibility assessments, and providing expert guidance to clinical teams. You will act as the primary clinical operations bridge between the US West Coast and China, ensuring effective execution of clinical plans and trial designs.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in a science field from an accredited college or university.
- 8+ years of experience managing clinical studies with emphasis on early phase and outsourced trials.
- 2+ years of experience implementing clinical trials in China.
- Fluency in Mandarin (Written and Speaking).
Preferred:
- Advanced degrees in finance, accounting, legal, or MBA.
- Strong leadership abilities and strategic thinking.
- Demonstrated success in clinical planning development and feasibility assessments.
- Proven track record in troubleshooting and recovering challenged clinical trials.
- Strong cross-cultural communication and influence skills.
