- BS/BA degree preferred.
- 15+ years total experience including 7+ years managing an HRIS and at least 7 years managing HR operations and administrative compliance.
- Advanced knowledge of Workday HCM, including advanced Compensation, Benefits and Learning Management System.
- Previous experience working with internal audit for Sox governance and compliance.
