About the Role
About You
- Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Business Analytics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
- Minimum of twelve (12) years of experience in financial services with a focus on pricing and product analytics.
- Minimum of five (5) years of direct management experience.
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a Director Level role.
- Advanced knowledge of business intelligence/analytics standards and practices.
- Demonstrated expertise in consumer lending economics.
- Master's Degree or MBA.
- Hands-on experience with pricing optimization platforms (e.g., Nomis, FICO Loan Pricing Optimizer).
- Strong understanding of programming languages (e.g., Python, SQL, or R).
- Experience developing reports and dashboards using BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (Snowflake, Salesforce Data Cloud).
- Proven ability to translate complex analytical findings into actionable business recommendations.
