About You
- BA/BS degree in Business, Human Resources Management or a related field.
- 10 years of senior level recruiting experience in a fast-paced, performance-driven culture.
- Demonstrated success in attracting and recruiting leadership talent for an international organization.
- Strong track record of building and leading teams in a geographically dispersed organization.
- Familiarity with current technology that supports talent acquisition.
- Experience with niche, high-volume, executive search and/or contingency-based recruiting firms.
- Healthcare experience.
