Summary

About the Role
As the Sr Director, Technology - Claims Transformation, you will be responsible for overseeing the transformation and modernization of WC claims technology platforms and core processes. This role involves leading the design and implementation of systems that deliver core and non-core capabilities, coaching engineering talent, and ensuring adherence to best development practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a technical or business discipline or related experience.
- Minimum of 15 years related experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- In-depth knowledge of IT concepts, strategies, and methodologies.
- Strong understanding of business operations, objectives, and strategies.
- Advanced knowledge of management concepts, practices, and techniques.
Preferred:
- Experience in project planning methodologies and tools.
- Highly developed negotiation, facilitation, and consensus-building skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
