Aeg Worldwide Inc is seeking a Sr Endpoint Engineer to join their team in Los Angeles, CA. The role involves supporting planning, maintaining, and implementing AEG's Endpoint Infrastructure standards for various endpoints, primarily Windows and macOS devices.
About the Role
As a Sr Endpoint Engineer, you will be responsible for configuring and maintaining endpoint management systems, collaborating with Global Technology leadership on asset management, troubleshooting complex application and hardware issues, and administering software distribution and application management. You will also develop servicing plans, craft reports on software license usage, and establish a culture of continual service improvement.
About You
Required:
- BA/BS Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information System, or a related area.
- 4+ years extensive experience with Intune as a modern unified endpoint management platform.
- 4+ years experience with Jamf as an MDM platform.
- Experience with change/release management processes in an enterprise environment.
- 4+ years experience working with enterprise infrastructure complexities across a global scale.
- In-depth experience with packaging and deployment strategies and Microsoft Technology expertise.
- Experience with Microsoft services such as Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Azure.
- Experience with handling tier 3 escalations related to back-end Endpoint troubleshooting.
- Proficient in PowerShell and Apple Script/Bash scripting for IT automation tasks.
Preferred:
- Jamf 300/400 or Certified Casper Administrator.
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate.
