About the Role
As a Sr FP&A Analyst, you will collaborate with product leadership to ensure accurate forecasting and clear communication of financial results. Your responsibilities will include developing detailed financial models, understanding KPIs and business trends, and continuously improving FP&A processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and other relevant finance roles.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- High level of proficiency with financial software and reporting tools, including Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
Preferred:
- Experience managing an FP&A team or holding Senior level FP&A Analyst responsibilities.
- Experience supporting FP&A for SaaS/Tech based organizations.
- Experience in business partnerships including preparing and presenting financial results and variance analysis.
