About the Role

As a Sr Group Product Pricing/Profitability Manager, you will oversee a portfolio that includes pricing optimization tools, earnings credit rate (ECR) strategy, account analysis, and pricing governance across all TM service offerings. You will own the multi-year product strategy for TM pricing and profitability frameworks, lead a team of product managers, monitor market trends, and drive innovation in pricing capabilities. Additionally, you will manage pricing strategy for TM products, develop analytics to track product profitability, and collaborate with various teams to enhance client experience.

About You

Required:

10+ years of experience in Treasury Management, commercial deposits, pricing strategy, or financial services product management.
Deep understanding of liquidity management, deposit economics, ECR, and account analysis.
Proven leadership experience managing product teams and complex portfolios.
Strong analytical, financial modeling, and strategic planning skills.
Excellent communication and executive-level presentation abilities.

Preferred:

Banking / investments / insurance domain is highly preferred.
Experience with digital liquidity tools, forecasting platforms, or pricing engines.
Familiarity with regulatory frameworks impacting deposits and Treasury Management.
MBA or advanced degree in finance, economics, or related field.
