About the Role
About You
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 6+ years of Waterfall/Agile project management experience.
- Proficient in Project Management Methodology (PMI) and skilled in creating SOPs and Governance Plans.
- PMP, TQM, or Six Sigma certifications.
- Experience with project management and agile tools (e.g., Project Online, Jira, Confluence).
- Familiarity with ITSM, ITIL, or other relevant frameworks.
