About the Role
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of IT experience in the life sciences industry with 5+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record managing ERP implementations and enhancements in regulated environments.
- Experience with Microsoft technologies (Azure, Power Platform, .NET) in GxP-compliant contexts.
- Demonstrated expertise in 21 CFR Part 11-compliant systems.
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes in a regulated environment.
- Deep knowledge of GxP, CSV, and validation frameworks across the system lifecycle.
- Experience with regulated environments (GMP, FDA, etc.) preferred.
- Leadership experience in matrix organizational structures.
- Change management and organizational transformation experience.
