About the Role
As the Sr Lead Product Manager for Knowledge Platforms, you will lead the roadmap and performance strategy for the Knowledge Search platform, collaborate with various teams to translate business needs into actionable user stories, and engage with stakeholders to influence product direction. You will also partner with AI technology teams to enhance knowledge for AI accuracy and monitor industry developments to recommend improvements.
About You
Required:
- Five or more years of experience in product management or platform ownership within complex enterprise environments.
- Experience working with knowledge platforms such as Salesforce Knowledge.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
Preferred:
- Experience delivering conversational AI solutions.
- Familiarity with metadata modeling and taxonomy design.
- Experience using analytics to drive content or platform strategy decisions.
