About You
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; Master's or Doctorate degree preferred.
- Minimum of 4-5 years of Pharmaceutical Sales Representative experience required.
- 1 year of Sales training experience is required.
- 2 years Sales Training in Oncology or Cell Therapy.
- Demonstrated curriculum design and understanding of adult learning principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Power Point, Excel, Word and AI applications.
