About the Role
As a Sr Manager, AI/ML Programs, you will be responsible for shaping the AI/ML roadmap, managing cross-functional delivery, and ensuring solutions progress from pilot to scaled production. Your tasks will include defining value hypotheses, creating value dashboards, leading program execution, and coordinating across various teams to drive alignment and resolve organizational friction.
About You
Required:
- Master or PhD in related technical fields such as Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Data Analytics.
- 12+ years in program management, technical program management, operations program leadership, or related roles.
Preferred:
- Experience in semiconductor manufacturing or high-mix, high-volume manufacturing environments.
- Familiarity with AI/ML use cases in manufacturing/operations.
