About the Role
As a Sr Manager, Billing Product Management, you will own the end-to-end customer purchase and upgrade experience, ensuring it is frictionless and scalable. You will drive innovation in monetization capabilities, design self-service checkout experiences, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and prioritize requirements. Your role will also involve understanding customer needs and developing key metrics to track improvements in the customer purchase journey.
About You
Required:
- 7+ years of product management experience, including 3+ leading billing, payments, or monetization systems in SaaS or fintech.
- Analytical and data-driven with a proven ability to define KPIs and drive measurable outcomes.
- Hands-on Stripe expertise.
- Strong record of designing customer-first purchase and upgrade experiences.
Preferred:
- Strategic thinker who is willing to roll up their sleeves and get their hands dirty.
- Passionate about leveraging AI and automation to remove friction and anticipate customer needs.
- Exceptional communicator and collaborator across technical, design, and strategic domains.
