About the Role
As a Sr. Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis, you will lead the Financial Planning team, oversee the creation and maintenance of the company's annual operating budget, drive analysis of actual results versus budgeted and forecasted results, and develop financial models and forecasting tools. You will also interact with executive leadership and provide key reports to the Board of Directors, ensuring accountability and improving customer experience.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
- Eight years of progressively responsible experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a closely related discipline, with at least three years in supervision or management.
Preferred:
- Master's degree in finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
- Demonstrated proficiency working with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook.
