About the Role
As a Sr Manager, M&A Integrations and Divestitures, you will provide management and leadership across cross-functional teams, execute deal strategies, and serve as the point of contact for functional departments. You will also lead mid-sized integration projects, develop integration project plans, and support the Transition Management Office in various capacities.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (MBA preferred but not required).
- 5-7 years of M&A integration and divestiture experience.
- Project management experience and skillset.
Preferred:
- Experience in the biotech, medical device, or pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel).
