About You
- Bachelor’s degree with 6 years’ experience in fundraising with a non-profit organization or managing outreach programs OR 10 years’ experience in fundraising with a non-profit organization or managing outreach programs.
- 4 years management or supervisory work experience.
- Experience managing/supervising a program that focuses on healthcare and/or children's services.
- Experience in public speaking.
- Understand the importance of alignment with a company’s corporate social responsibility pillars.
- Ability to build trust with external and internal customers.
- Grant writing skills.
- Experience collaborating with diverse audiences.
- Event management experience.
