About the Role
As a Sr Manufacturing Engineering Consultant, you will be responsible for planning and documenting new production lines, especially in final assembly operations. Your daily tasks will include defining product workflows, providing practical guidance on production line setup, and writing clear product specifications. You will also validate product behavior against real plant workflows and ensure that the software accurately represents assembly tools and processes.
About You
Required:
- 10 or more years of experience in manufacturing or industrial engineering roles within automotive OEM or Tier 1 suppliers.
- Proven experience planning and launching new or significantly modified production lines, especially final assembly.
Preferred:
- Hands-on experience with assembly sequence planning and operation breakdown.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to explain complex manufacturing concepts to non-experts.
