- Associate's Degree in Engineering and 5-7 years of experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, and analytical thinking skills.
- Experience in design engineering, CAD software, and mechanical engineering.
