About You
- A completed Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university, or 2+ years of Amazon experience.
- 7+ years direct management experience in a manufacturing, production, or distribution environment.
- Experience with performance metrics and process improvement and Lean techniques.
- Experience with the full staffing lifecycle, including interviewing, hiring, performance management, promotions, and terminations.
- Flexibility to work a variety of hours as business demands, including overnight, weekends, and holidays.
- Degree in Engineering, Operations, or related field and MBA preferred.
- Experience with a contingent workforce during peak seasons.
- Ability to handle changing priorities and use good judgment in stressful situations.
- Interest in long-term career development through assignments in multiple Fulfillment Centers across the nation.
