About You
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Human Resource Management or related field preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in U.S. payroll processing, preferably in a shared services or multi-entity environment.
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems (e.g., ADP, Workday, UKG, Paylocity) and Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with payroll tax regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC).
- Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
- Exposure to global payroll or multi-country payroll operations.
