About the Role
As a Sr Payroll Tax Specialist, you will oversee vendor submissions of tax filings, perform tax reconciliations, prepare W-2 corrections, maintain unemployment rates, communicate with management and taxing authorities, file applications for new jurisdictions, coordinate payroll tax audits, document tax setups, and stay updated on tax laws and trends.
About You
Required:
- 5+ years Payroll tax background in a multi-state environment.
- Strong computer skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Preferred:
- Experience with Success Factors ECP and ADP.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
