About the Role
As a Sr. Placement Specialist, you will be an integral member of a leading placement team, responsible for building relationships with underwriters, leading complex placement activities, and ensuring compliance and accuracy in contract execution. You will also devise go-to-market strategies, consult with clients, and drive cohesive client service while staying informed on market conditions.
About You
Required:
- 10+ years of industry experience in a collaborative matrix team environment.
- Casualty experience lines needed along with Hospital (Medical Professional).
- Strong problem-solving skills including critical thinking and communication skills.
- P&C license, or ability to obtain.
Preferred:
- Experience in loss sensitive policies.
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal colleagues, clients, and carriers.
- Self-starter with resourcefulness to bring solutions and ideas.
- Interest in achieving practice goals and contributing to team success.
