HealthEZ is seeking a Sr. Plan Builder and Configuration Analyst to join their team in Bloomington, MN. The role involves leading the build, implementation, and configuration of benefit plan adjudication rules to ensure accurate claims processing.
About the Role
As a Sr. Plan Builder and Configuration Analyst, you will execute the build and implementation of benefit plan adjudication rules, configure benefits for new clients, maintain data integrity of claims systems, and collaborate with internal and external partners. You will also document policies, create testing examples, track performance metrics, and participate in process improvement initiatives.
About You
Required:
- 5-10 years of Claims Examiner and/or Plan Build experience.
- 3+ years of business and operations experience in a health plan environment.
- Working knowledge in revenue codes and medical terminology.
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
Preferred:
- Experience with commercial health plan design.
- Professional Medical Coding experience.
- Virtual Benefit Administer (VBA) experience.
- TPA experience.
- Medical coding; ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS certification.
