About the Role
As a Design Lead, you will direct the overall vision and ensure high-quality design within the Physiological Sensing product portfolio. You will apply ethnographic research and behavioral science to champion human-centered innovation, mentor product designers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful design results.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Product Design, Design Research, User Experience Design, Industrial Design, or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience OR a Master's degree with a minimum of 8 years relevant experience OR a PhD with 6 years relevant experience.
Preferred:
- Proven leadership in scaling design teams and processes.
- Expertise in ethnographic research, behavioral science, and design thinking.
- Demonstrated ability to work in cross-functional teams and lead through influence.
- Deep understanding of clinical workflows in healthcare.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and mentoring skills.
