About the Role
As a Sr. Process Engineer, you will be part of the ADN RAMP team, responsible for supporting the startup of new manufacturing sites. Your key objectives will include providing engineering support, coaching local teams, conducting root cause analysis, and ensuring operational readiness. You will collaborate with site engineering teams to enhance operational excellence and maintain equipment performance.
About You
Required:
- BS degree in Engineering with a minimum of 3 years of process team experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, preferably API/Dry Products.
- Deep technical interest and understanding of manufacturing operational excellence principles.
Preferred:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to coach others and influence without authority.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Collaborative skills with operations and automation teams.
