About You
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
- 4+ years of experience in process development and validation
Preferred:
- Experience in medical device manufacturing
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in statistical tools (e.g., Minitab) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with Design for Reliability and Manufacturability (DRM)
