Summary
Honeywell is seeking a Sr. Procurement Compliance Specialist to join their Advanced Connected Sustainability Technologies (ACST) team in a hybrid role based in Chandler, AZ, Plymouth, MN, or Broomfield, CO. The position focuses on ensuring compliance with procurement policies and procedures to support organizational effectiveness and regulatory adherence.
About the Role
The Sr. Procurement Compliance Specialist will review purchase orders and conduct audits to ensure procurement compliance, monitor supplier performance and implement corrective actions, collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop procurement compliance strategies, identify areas for improvement and implement best practices, and stay updated on regulatory requirements to ensure adherence.
About You
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in procurement
- 3-5 years of experience in FAR/DFAR procurement
- Strong knowledge of sourcing/procurement policies and procedures
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience in conducting audits and implementing corrective actions
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to sourcing and procurement
- Certification in sourcing or procurement (e.g., CPSM, CSCP)
