Summary
Kodiak Robotics, Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Command and Field Operations to join their team in Lancaster, TX. The role involves leading the development of software solutions that support the Command & Field Operations teams and customers in the autonomous trucking sector.
About the Role
As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for the full product lifecycle, from user research to deployment and feedback. You will enable operations teams to maximize the efficiency of self-driving vehicles through operational tools, work with cross-functional teams to drive feature implementation, prioritize product features, define requirements, track KPIs, and communicate progress to stakeholders. The role also involves visiting customer locations for feedback and requires periodic travel to headquarters.
About You
Required:
- 8+ years experience in Product Management, ideally in operations management, autonomous vehicles, robotics, supply chain management, or logistics.
- Experience with web and mobile operations tools and remote monitoring systems.
- Demonstrated experience deploying software products in operations-intensive environments.
- Strong design sensibility and experience working with user experience researchers and interaction designers.
- Technical degree or equivalent background in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
Preferred:
- Experience in operations research, industrial engineering, and/or process optimization.
- Background in autonomy, mobility, supply chain, or logistics.
- Experience working in both startup and larger company environments.
