Intuit is seeking a Sr Sales Strategy & Operations Analyst to join their team in Plano, TX. The role involves driving strategic, data-driven decisions to support sales strategies and shape the mid-market sales' strategic vision.

About the Role

As a Sr Sales Strategy and Operations Analyst, you will partner with Acquisition and SDR teams to develop and maintain efficient sales processes, manage day-to-day operations, lead compensation planning, and generate insights through advanced analytics. You will also develop analytical models to forecast sales growth, present findings to stakeholders, and drive strategy around budgeting and resource allocation.

About You

Required:

5-7 years of relevant experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or sales support.
2-3 years of experience working with customer-facing teams, especially Inbound and SDR.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Bachelor's or Graduate degree (business, analytics) or equivalent work experience.

Preferred:

Experience leading complex projects/programs or organizational change.
Strong business acumen and creativity.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
