About the Role
As a Sr Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, testing, and delivering software solutions. You will advise management on project-level issues, guide junior engineers, and operate with minimal supervision while applying technical best practices. Your work will include developing platform services using Java, ensuring code quality, and optimizing performance.
About You
Required:
- 3+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong proficiency in Java and experience building backend services at scale.
Preferred:
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and distributed systems.
- Experience with testing frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and production-grade monitoring and logging.
