About the Role
As a Sr. Solutions Engineer, you will partner closely with the enterprise sales team, product teams, success management, and professional services. Your responsibilities include assisting sales with the discovery process, demonstrating how products can help achieve business outcomes, providing technical expertise, leading technical responses for RFI/RFP/RFQ, and preparing internal solution design proposals for complex deployments. You will also keep informed on industry trends and contribute best practices to the sales team, with travel required for internal/external meetings (roughly 30-40%).
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, Business or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, IT consulting, sales engineering or software engineering in an enterprise environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred:
- Understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Natural Language Processing, Machine Learning or Data Visualization.
- Subject matter expert in Surveillance/Supervision, eDiscovery, Archiving, and/or unstructured data platforms.
- Industry knowledge in Financial Services and other highly regulated industries.
