About the Role

As a Sr Staff Software Engineer, you will design, build, test, deploy, and maintain user-facing experiences, APIs, and scalable distributed services for healthcare data integration. You will take ownership of software components, collaborate with architects and product managers, participate in design and code reviews, and drive improvements in operational excellence and automation while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

About You

Required:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
8+ years of professional software development experience across the stack, including front-end engineering.
4+ years of experience building scalable, distributed systems using a modern cloud framework (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Strong programming skills in Java, Python, or Go and experience with microservices architecture.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, test automation, and DevOps practices.

Preferred:

10+ years of professional software development experience.
Master's or PhD degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
Experience designing/architecting large-scale distributed systems, preferably using AWS technologies.
Experience with big data systems, analytics, and event-driven architecture.
Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards (FHIR, DICOM).
