Summary
Nightwing is seeking a Sr. Systems Admin to join their team in Sterling, VA. The role involves maintaining the stability and usability of the ServiceNow platform, managing incidents, and contributing to software releases.
About the Role
As a Sr. Systems Admin, you will be responsible for managing and resolving incidents against ServiceNow applications, performing routine maintenance, managing Update Set creation and migration, scheduling instance clones, participating in ServiceNow upgrade planning, managing instance security, and adhering to internal standards and policies.
About You
Required:
- U.S. Citizenship
- Active Secret clearance, with the ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance
- Minimum 6+ years of systems administration experience
- Minimum 2+ years of experience with ServiceNow implementations
- Minimum 2+ years of experience with Incident, Problem, Change Management, Knowledge, and Service Catalog applications
Preferred:
- Experience supporting Intelligence, DoD, or DHS customers
- Experience with process development and deployment
- Experience in Angular JS
- Experience in JavaScript or related application development
- Experience with ServiceNow Development APIs
- Web Service Integration (API Web Services) experience
- LDAP Integration experience
- Single Sign-on configuration and administration
- SQL experience
- ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certified
- ITIL Foundation v4 Certified or willing to complete within one year from hire
