About You
- 5+ years of experience in program management or technical program management.
- Strong understanding of data infrastructure, integrations, and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Oracle).
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with engineering, data science, or analytics teams.
- Proven success managing multiple programs with clear governance.
- Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and analytical skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with People data systems, HR technology, or employee relations operations.
- Familiarity with AI and automation tools (e.g., Gemini, ChatGPT).
- Working knowledge of SQL, Python, or BI tools.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project tools such as Jira or Asana.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
