As a Sr. Account Director, you will drive growth by managing key enterprise accounts, collaborating with executive sponsors, finance, and procurement leaders to uncover opportunities and influence outcomes. You will be responsible for creating leads, shaping account strategies, and ensuring the successful adoption of Coupa's platform to enhance client spend management.
About You
Required:
- Proven track record in enterprise sales and account management.
- Strong understanding of finance and procurement processes.
Preferred:
- Experience in software sales, particularly in spend management solutions.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives.
Benefits
- Base salary of $155k–$165k USD plus 50/50 commission structure.
- On-target earnings (OTE) of $310k–$330k USD with uncapped commission potential.
