Synopsys Inc is seeking a Sr. AI Engineer – Enterprise Agentic AI to join their team in Sunnyvale, CA. The role involves architecting and delivering production-grade AI solutions integrated into enterprise business systems.
About the Role
As a Sr. AI Engineer, you will lead the architecture and hands-on development of enterprise agentic AI platforms, build and deploy AI copilots and multi-agent workflows, and ensure seamless integration with ERP and CRM systems. You will also mentor engineers, collaborate with business stakeholders, and ensure production readiness through best practices in CI/CD and observability.
About You
Required:
- 8-10 years of software engineering experience, with a focus on enterprise systems.
- Expert-level proficiency in both Python and C#.
- Hands-on experience building and operating production AI/GenAI systems integrated with ERP and CRM platforms.
- Deep understanding of agentic AI, RAG, multi-step workflows, and enterprise-grade AI architecture.
- Proven experience with Microsoft AI Copilot, SAP BTP, and Salesforce AI.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, MCP, A2A.
- Prior support for business functions such as Legal, Finance, Sales, or HR.
