About You
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related STEM field with 9+ years of relevant experience; or a Master’s degree with 8+ years of experience.
- Proven experience in systems engineering for industrial engineering applications, including requirement definition, system design, and validation.
- Experience with the full lifecycle of automation projects, from concept through commissioning.
- Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills for interfacing with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with automation platforms (e.g., Rockwell, Siemens, Schneider Electric), control systems, and industrial communication protocols.
- Experience in developing and deploying industrial automation systems in manufacturing or process industries.
- Knowledge of safety standards (e.g., IEC 61508, ISO 13849) and regulatory compliance.
- Hands-on experience with system testing and debugging in lab or production environments.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage technical resources.
- Experience with digital twin, simulation, or model-based systems engineering (MBSE).
- Strong documentation and presentation skills for internal and customer-facing deliverables.
- Experience with SCADA platforms (e.g., Ignition, Wonderware, Aveva).
