About You
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in procurement, preferably in the construction or electrical industry.
- Demonstrated proficiency in procurement software and tools, including Spectrum software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong analytical abilities and a track record of driving process improvements.
- Experience in supervising and developing a team of purchasing professionals.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
