About the Role
As a Senior Buyer, you will be responsible for understanding demand requirements, analyzing supply chain risks, managing procurement activities, collaborating with internal departments, and analyzing vendor performance. You will also engage with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement in the procurement process and maintain high standards of quality for all purchases.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain or Operations Management from a four-year college or university.
- At least 5 years of purchasing/buying experience in a manufacturing environment.
Preferred:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Fundamental understanding of Lean principles.
