About the Role
As the Sr. Channel & SI Partner Manager for Americas, you will develop and execute a comprehensive channel strategy aligned with Anaconda's enterprise AI platform. Your responsibilities include managing relationships with Value-Added Resellers, Distributors, and System Integrators, recruiting and enabling new partners, translating platform evolution into partner value propositions, and driving partner-sourced deals through the sales cycle. You will also design partner enablement programs, establish KPIs, and collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure partner success.
About You
Required:
- 12+ years of channel sales experience in enterprise software, with deep expertise in AI/ML platforms.
- Proven track record of building and scaling channel programs that drove significant revenue growth.
- Experience managing complex partner ecosystems including distributors, resellers, and system integrators.
- Strong understanding of enterprise AI requirements and ability to articulate platform value.
Preferred:
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment focused on AI or cloud technologies.
- MBA or relevant sales certifications and partner management credentials.
- Strong relationships with key technology distributors, resellers, and system integrators in the Americas region.
