About You
- Minimum two (2) years of experience in clinical teaching or precepting, nursing professional development, delivering educational programs, curriculum design, process improvement, or related experience.
- Masters degree in Nursing or a health-related field AND minimum four (4) years of experience in an inpatient setting, clinic, or skilled nursing department.
- Registered Nurse License (California) required at hire.
- Basic Life Support required at hire.
- American Nurses Credentialing Center Certificate - Nursing Professional Development Certification within 6 months of hire.
- Five (5) years of experience in nursing education, training programs, or a teaching/training environment.
- National Board Certification in Clinical Specialty.
