About the Role
As a Senior Clinical Supervisor (BCBA), you will provide supervision and mentorship to Behavior Interventionists and Assistant Clinical Supervisors, develop individualized treatment plans, collaborate with a team of clinicians, deliver parent training, and remain hands-on with client care while shaping the next generation of ABA professionals.
About You
Required:
- Active BCBA certification
- Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
- Passion for mentoring, learning, and collaboration
- Strong communication skills and a heart for making a difference
Preferred:
- Open to both newly certified BCBAs and experienced supervisors
