About the Role
As a Sr. Collection Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing CI-HUMINT collection management, evaluating intelligence reports, and ensuring compliance with intelligence operations. You will work closely with various teams to shape operations and provide critical feedback based on your extensive experience in the field.
About You
Required:
- 10 full-time years of experience in a strategic CI-HUMINT Collection Management role.
- 5 full-time years evaluating IIR's and providing critical thinking feedback to shape operations.
- 7 full-time years as an intelligence analyst in a Military Intelligence or IC role supporting CI, HUMINT, SR, or other sensitive/specialized intelligence activities.
- Knowledge of the Intelligence Cycle, CI-HUMINT operations, and CI-HUMINT Collection Management.
- Advanced Microsoft 365 proficiency.
- Must have knowledge and experience with ICD 203, 206, 300, 501, 704, and 707.
- Must be willing to undergo and successfully complete a CI-scope polygraph examination.
Preferred:
- Master's Degree.
- DoD or IC Collection Management Certification.
- US Government all-source MOS or job producing analytical certification course or program.
