Summary
AECOM is seeking a Sr. Construction Project Manager - Commercial High-Rise to join their team in Sacramento, CA. The role involves overall management and administration of high-rise hospitality projects, ensuring they are constructed according to design, budget, and schedule.
About the Role
As a Sr. Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for establishing project-specific objectives and policies, providing management and guidance to subordinate managers, and serving as the primary liaison between AECOM and the client. You will oversee all facets of the project from pre-construction through to contract closeout, with significant profit/loss responsibility.
About You
Required:
- BA in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field with 8 years of construction project management experience, or AA/AS with 10 years of relevant experience, or HS/GED with 12 years of relevant experience.
Preferred:
- Experience as a Senior Construction Project Manager.
- Strong experience in core and shell construction.
- Experience in high-rise and structural construction.
- Experience in ground-up commercial construction.
- Proficiency with construction documentation such as RFI, RFP, proposals, and change order management.
- Proficiency in construction software such as CMiC, Procore, etc.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Project, Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook).
- Experience working on construction projects in excess of $300MM.
- Hospitality, casino, hotel, and high-rise construction experience strongly preferred.
