About the Role
As a Sr. Counsel, you will provide day-to-day legal counseling on complex issues, draft and negotiate commercial agreements, manage large-scale initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. You will also stay updated on legislative and regulatory developments affecting the business and support the company's commitment to data integrity and confidentiality.
About You
Required:
- Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school and admission to one or more State bars.
- 8+ years of relevant legal experience.
- Experience advising on digital wallets and payment systems, including negotiating complex commercial agreements.
- Knowledge of laws, regulations, and industry standards applicable to the payments industry.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred:
- Experience in the payments industry.
- Proactive self-starter with strong business acumen.
