Docusign is seeking a Sr. CS Strategy & Operations Manager to join their team in San Francisco, CA. The role focuses on driving strategic initiatives across Docusign's global customer success organization, solving complex business problems, and shaping the operating model for post-sales success.
About the Role
As the Sr CS Strategy & Operations Manager, you will serve as a strategic thought partner to Customer Success leadership, lead end-to-end project execution, structure complex business problems, build business cases, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions. You will conduct advanced analyses, lead strategic workstreams, develop program governance, support annual planning efforts, and guide team members in achieving objectives.
About You
Required:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
- 12+ years of analytical experience in strategic operational roles or 8 years with a Master’s degree.
Preferred:
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex strategic projects across multiple stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skill set with hands-on experience in SQL, Excel, and visualization tools.
- 2+ years in a top-tier management consulting firm or in a Strategy/Operations role at a tech or SaaS company.
- Deep understanding of Customer Success operating models and performance metrics.
- Experience in program and change management.
- Ability to structure ambiguous problems and communicate findings to executive audiences.
- Proven record of building trust and influencing across functions.
- High attention to detail and strong business acumen.
- MBA or similar advanced degree.
