Summary

About the Role
As the Sr. Director of Central Processing, you will supervise all activities related to sterile processing, manage staffing and budgets, and ensure compliance with health regulations. You will also be responsible for developing departmental goals, maintaining quality assurance, and collaborating with various teams to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
About You
Required:
- Master's Degree in business or healthcare related field.
- At least seven (7) years experience working in the sterile processing department.
- At least three (3) years working in cross-functional teams.
Preferred:
- At least seven (7) years experience in an acute, academic hospital setting.
- Experience directly managing the sterile processing department.
- Experience with healthcare and/or business process reengineering.
