About the Role
As the Sr. Director of Marketing and Communications, you will be responsible for strategic planning, brand management, marketing operations, public and media relations, and internal management. You will develop communication strategies aligned with organizational goals, oversee marketing campaigns, manage media relations, and lead a team of marketing professionals.
About You
Required:
- Proven experience in strategic marketing and communications planning, including digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of branding principles and brand management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively present information to senior leadership.
- Media relations experience and ability to manage crisis communications.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
Preferred:
- Master's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or related field.
