About the Role
As the Sr. Director of Clinical Workforce Development, you will design and implement workforce development strategies, develop initiatives to attract and retain high-quality clinical staff, collaborate with recruitment teams, analyze workforce trends, lead change management efforts, and oversee budget planning for workforce strategies. You will also supervise recruitment and workforce development team members and engage with executive leadership to align workforce strategy with organizational goals.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, human resources, or related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in workforce development, healthcare recruitment, or clinical operations.
- Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in a healthcare setting.
Preferred:
- Experience in physician recruitment and workforce development in an emergency medicine or acute care setting.
- Proven track record of implementing successful workforce strategies.
